Orders & Payments

You may place an order by submitting the order form on the Site. All orders are irrevocable upon transmission. We may accept or decline any order in our discretion. Acceptance occurs when a confirmation is sent to your registered email. A contract then exists. Each fully-paid order is a separate contract. If we cannot process your order (e.g., product out of stock, pricing error), we will inform you. Prices are subject to taxes. We may amend prices at any time. Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after a certain period. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods as indicated on the Site.

Product Description And Defects

We try to be accurate in product descriptions, but products may vary slightly from images. Colors may appear different due to lighting or screen calibration. We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Minor measurement variations are not considered defects. If you believe you have received a defective item, you may contact us through the Site with your order number and a photograph.

Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with tags intact. Certain categories (e.g., inner wear, jewelry, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle, gifts) are not eligible. Marked-down products, certain promotional purchases, and physical store purchases are not eligible for return or refund. To start a return, fill in the returns note, pack the item, and send using a trackable method. You are responsible for postage costs. If we accept your return, refunds will be provided as store credit.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a photograph. We may ask you to return it. Postage may be reimbursed up to the cost of the least expensive delivery method. Items must be unworn, with tags intact. If the correct item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Delivery

Delivery costs are displayed on our Site. We offer international shipping. Orders are processed and dispatched within an estimated period. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for any delay in delivery.

Bounced Parcels

Parcels that cannot be delivered after several attempts will be considered returns and refunded only as store credit.

When You Become Responsible For The Product

The product becomes your responsibility upon delivery to your provided address. You own the product once we have received full payment.

Termination of Order

We may terminate an order if you do not make payment when due, do not provide necessary information, or do not allow delivery. If we terminate for these reasons, we may deduct reasonable compensation for net costs incurred.

General

Returns, replacements, and refunds only apply to purchases from the Site. These T&Cs do not create any joint venture or employment relationship. You may not assign these T&Cs. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force. Non-parties have no rights under this agreement. These T&Cs (incorporating the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement. Governing law shall be the law of our jurisdiction of registration. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration institution.

Image Use Agreement

By replying with a designated hashtag, you grant us a non-exclusive, non-revocable commercial right to reproduce your image in any medium worldwide. Credit is not mandatory. You waive the right to inspect finished works and any claims to royalties. If your image contains personal information, you may request removal. You agree to our collection and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. This Image Use Agreement is governed by the laws of our jurisdiction.

Updates

We may change content on the Site at any time. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable. Revised T&Cs will be posted here. Changes will not affect orders already accepted. Your continued use indicates acceptance.
